摘要
为提高越野车辆的防滑性能,本文拟将螺旋非圆锥齿轮副应用于变传动比限滑差速器。基于有限元分析理论,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对螺旋非圆锥齿轮副进行接触应力仿真分析,得到齿轮副在传动过程中的应力大小及分布。验证了螺旋非圆锥齿轮副在变传动比限滑差速器中应用的可行性,同时为螺旋非圆锥齿轮的后续研究及应用提供了技术支撑。
In order to improve the anti-skid performance of off-road vehicles, the spiral noncircular bevel gear pair were proposed to be used in variable-ratio limited slip differentials. Based on the finite element analysis theory, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the contact stress of the spiral noncircular bevel gear pair, and the stress magnitude and distribution of the gear pair in the transmission process were obtained. The feasibility of the application of spiral noncircular bevel gear pair in variable ratio limited slip differential was verified in this paper.
