摘要
形成性评价的定义是在教学的过程中进行发展性评估,其特点是具有动态性及反思性。形成性评价与传统评价体系相比,更为注重的是学生自身需求,以及在学习过程中的体验及师生交流。该文将对实习生教学中运用形成性评价指标体系,探讨在临床医学教学中终结性评估的现状及存在的问题,以不断提高临床医学教学质量。
The definition of formative assessment is “the development of evaluation” in the process of teaching, which is characterized with the dynamic and reflective. Formative evaluation compared with the traditional evaluation system, it pays more attention to the student's needs, and in the process of learning experience and the communication between teachers and students. The department of probation teaching in the use of formative evaluation index system, to discuss the present situation of summative assessment in clinical medicine teaching and the existing problems, in order to improve the quality of clinical probation.
