打叶复烤烟碱均匀性控制工艺过程质量评价方法研究与应用

打叶复烤烟碱均匀性控制工艺涉及多个环节,工艺路径长,且过程质量影响因素多,难以进行过程质量评价和控制,为此,本文从烟碱均匀性控制工艺的各个步骤入手,首先进行工艺目的分析,然后结合过程物料单元定义,针对工艺目的,对烟碱均匀性过程评价指标进行定义,并建立三级评价体系,实现烟碱均匀性控制过程质量评价和过程质量追溯。

Uniformity process path is long, there are many factors influencing the process, it is difficult to carry out the process quality evaluation and quality control. To this end, this paper starts from the analysis of the uniformity process purpose, combines the material unit definition, to define the process evaluation criteria, and establish a three-level evaluation system.
