培养体系构建

大数据环境要求高校教师要不断调整教育教学手段,培养符合时代要求的创新型人才。本文根据高校教师现有的信息化教学水平现状,提出了高校教师实施信息化教学需具备的六方面能力维度,根据能力维度要求构建了高校教师信息化教学能力的培养体系,以期能够为高校教师信息化教学能力的提升提供参考。

It requires college teachers to constantly adjust educational and teaching means to cultivate innovative talents that meet the requirements of the times under the big data surroundings. According to the present information teaching level of college teachers, this study puts forward six aspects of ability dimension that college teachers should have in carrying out information teaching, and constructs a training system for the information teaching ability of college teachers according to the ability dimension. This study is expected to provide reference for the improvement of information teaching ability of college teachers.
