推动江苏产业集群创新发展的对策研究

产业集群发展是工业化发展的必然趋势,也是工业转型升级的必由之路。江苏经过多年发展形成了以各类开发区、特色产业基地(集群)等为载体的集群化发展格局,但主导产业不突出、产业协同发展程度不高、区域品牌建设不足、集群创新能力不强等问题制约了集群水平的提升。为破解发展瓶颈、聚力推动江苏产业集群创新发展,建议从培育一批具有国际竞争力的先进制造业集群、建设服务集群发展的高水平公共平台、打造具有世界影响力的制造业名企、建立产业集群发展监测评价机制等方面入手,出台相应政策举措。

The development of industrial clusters is an inevitable trend of industrialization development and the only way for industrial transformation and upgrading.After years of development, Jiangsu has formed a clustered development pattern with various development zones and characteristic industrial bases （clusters） as carriers. However, problems such as lack ofprominent leading industries, low degree of industrial coordinated development,insufficient regional brand construction and weak innovation capacity of cluster, restrict the improvement of cluster level.In order to break the bottleneck of development and focus on promoting the innovation and development of Jiangsu industry clusters,it is recommended to foster a number of advanced manufacturing clusters with international competitiveness,build a high-level public platform to serve cluster development,build a number of famous manufacturing enterprises with global influence,establish an industrial cluster monitoring and evaluation mechanism and other aspects.
