新形势下武警部队律师工作面临着一系列瓶颈问题。针对军队律师工作存在的法规制度不健全、编制数量不充足、建设质量不高等问题，从完善相关立法、提升律师队伍整体质量、优化军队律师编制体系、拓展法律服务渠道等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
