武警院校军事基础教育思考与展望

Thoughts and Prospects of Military Basic Education of the PAP Universities

面对全军大抓练兵备战的新形势，以及新时期武警院校建设一流大学、提升实战化军事基础教育训练水平、培养合格军事人才的新目标，笔者通过深度剖析当前武警院校在军事基础教育训练上存在的问题，提出从准确把握定位、突出实战训练、打造人才方阵、强化法治治校四个方面，坚持以实战化思路理念推动体系重塑、改革创新、内涵发展，努力实现办学水平和育人质量的新跨越，为建设现代化武装警察部队提供坚实人才和智力支持。

Facing the new situation of the military training and preparing for wars in the whole army, and the new goal of building the first-class university, upgrading the level of actual military basic education and training, and cultivating qualified military personnel in the new era, through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the military basic educa- tion and training of PAP universities, the authors propose that we should focus on the four aspects of accurately grasping the positioning, highlighting the actual combat training, building up the talents system and strengthening the rule of law, continue to insist on the concept of actual combat ideas promoting to remold the system, reform and innovation, and connotation development, strive to achieve breakthroughs in the quality of running universi- ties and education, and provide solid talents and intellectual support for the construction of modern PAP.
