“系统工程”涉及学科众多，是一门集成度高、理论性深，以及实践性强的综合课程。针对本课程教学存在的主要问题，结合部队实际需求，以培养学员实践创新能力为核心，从教学内容、教学方法，以及考核方式三个方面，提出了对“系统工程”课程教学模式进行改革创新的办法和措施。

System Engineering is an integrated curriculum referred to many subjects. With high integrity,deep theory and good practicality. The main problems related to System Engi- neering＇s teaching are analyzed. According to the army＇s actual demand,with students＂ ability to practice and innovate as the core of System Engineering＇s teaching,methods and measures to reform and innovate the System Engineering＇s teaching modes are put forward from teach- ing contents, teaching methods and assessing means.
