摘要
目的探讨大龄配戴助听器听障儿童学习能力水平及其影响因素。方法采用希内学习能力测验对182名8~17岁听障儿童进行评估,同时请家长填写情况调查表。结果听障儿童的智商基本呈正态分布、整体智商94.37分,智力发展不均衡,其中迷方、图形推理、摆方木、图画联想分量表低于听障人群常模,记数字分量表高于听障人群常模。男孩智商高于女孩,性别、不同受教育情况对智商有影响,年龄、母亲受教育年限等对智商无影响。结论康复工作中应密切关注大龄听障儿童的智力水平,推动融合教育工作,根据智力发展结构进行针对性的认知训练。
Objective To explore the impact of learning ability of hearing-impaired children and its influencing factors.Methods 182 hearing-impaired children aged 8-17 years old were evaluated by Hiskey-Nebraska test of learning aptitude and children's parents were asked to complete the general condition questionnaire. Results The IQ of hearing- impaired children was basically normal distribution, the overall IQ was 94.37 and it was lower than that of the hearing- impaired people norm. The mental development was unbalanced in that many parties, graphic reasoning, wood positioning, picture associate subscales were below the deaf population norm, while numbers memory subscale was above the deaf population norm. Gender and education have an impact on IQ, and age:mothers' years of education have no effect on IQ.Conclusion In the rehabilitation, we should pay a close attention to intelligence levels of the elder hearing-impaired children, and conduct targeted cognitive training according to the mental development chart for accurate rehabilitation.
