开放大学服务农村社区老年教育的对策研究——以常州开放大学为例

A Study on the Countermeasures of Open Universities Serving the Rural Community Education for the Elderly——Taking the Case of Changzhou Open University

开放大学的一项重要职能是社区教育管理。经抽样调查发现,老年人是农村社区教育的主要对象,农村社区教育存在着管理制度不统一、资源分配不均衡、课程设置欠合理、教育形式较单一、教育机会欠把握等问题。农村社区老年教育是新时代全面构建终身教育体系的重要组成部分。常州开放大学作为当地社区教育的龙头,在农村社区老年教育的顶层设计中要做到统筹规划,尤其在构建"四级社区教育网络体系"、组建社区教育资源库、搭建"终身教育在线"平台、培育"终身教育共同体"、创建社区教育支持联盟联动机制的工作中要做到众建共享。

An important function of open universities is community education management. It is found by sampling surveys that the elderly are the major learners in the rural community education, which has such problems as inconsistent management system, unbalanced resource allocation, unreasonable curriculum, single education form, and lack of educational opportunities, etc. Rural elderly community education is an important part of building a life-long education system in the new era. As the leader of local community education, CZOU must make an overall planning in the top-level design of the rural elderly community education, especially when constructing "four level community education network system", setting up a community education resource base, building the "Lifelong Education Online" platform, cultivating the "lifelong education community", and establishing community education supporting alliance & linkage mechanism, co-construction and public share is a must.
