Popularization of science can improve our basic scientific literacy and the quality of work and life of laborers. Human modernization is positively related to science popularization and its quality. Promoting community construction and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and regions require the popular ization of science. The community is an important place for the popularization and flourishment of science and making the residents bathed in the popularization of science and live scientificall is the important condition and internal demand for promoting community development and overall progress in urban and rural areas. The popularization and growth of science and technology is the basis and need of social modernization. To improve the quality of residents and promote the construction of material and spiritual civilization, community science popularization should be highly advanced. Science popularization workers are the key players in the implementation of the Science Popularization Law. They should research and work actively to embed science in the community and use science to enrich residents' lives.
