刮板输送机减速器断轴原因分析

随着煤机设备的不断发展,作为采煤系统最主要的刮板输送机也随着采煤量的增大,煤机制造向超重、超大功率、智能数字化、高产能的方向发展。伴随着减速器的功率与负荷的不断增大,减速器的断轴事故时有发生,作为动力关键设备减速器轴的断裂严重影响煤矿的正常生产作业。本文对刮板输送机减速器出现断轴现象的原因进行分析并提出几种解决的方法。

With the continuous development of coal machinery and equipment, as the main pat of coal mining system, scraper conveyor is getting more important with the increase of coal mining capacity. Coal machinery manufacturing is developing to the direction of overweight, super power, intelligent digitization, high production capacity. With the increasing power and load of the reducer, the Shaft breakage accident of the reducer occurs fi＇om time to time. As a key power equipment, the shaft breakage seriously affects the normal production of coal urine. This paper analyzes the causes of the shaft breaking phenomenon of scraper conveyor reducer and proposes several solutions.
