汽车产业面临全球能源紧缺的挑战,世界各国政府及企业均致力于新能源汽车的研发。山东省政府印发的《山东省新旧动能转换重大工程实施规划》中提到要统筹减排绿色发展,大力发展清洁能源。由于目前新能源汽车营销与售后服务人才紧缺,所以山东省高职院校应依托现有职教资源,以市场为导向,致力于开新能源汽车技术专业课程建设体系。

The automobile industry is facing the challenge of global energy shorlage, and governments and enterprises all over the world are committed to the research and development of new energy vehicles . The shandong provincial government issued the 〈 Implementation plan for major projects of new and old energy conversion in Shandong〉, which mentioned that the clean energy should be vigorously developed. Due to the shortage of new energy automobile marketing and after-sales service personnel so shandong province higher vocational colleges should rely on existing vocational education resources, market-oriented, committed to the opening of a new energy automotive technology specially and course construction system.
