地方高校机械类大学生参与项目研究促进专业能力提升的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Promoting the Improvement of the Professional Abilities of Mechanical Major Students in Local Colleges by Participation in Research Projects

在新工科和中国制造2025背景下,探索提升地方高校大学生专业能力新培养模式显得非常有必要。本文以地方高校湖南工业大学机械类专业为例,分析了大学生专业能力提升的必要性,说明了目前地方高校机械类专业的特殊性,阐述了大学生参与项目研究的实际培养过程,总结了新培养模式下专业能力提升实施效果,效果显著,可参考推广。

Based on the new engineering disciplines and ＂Made in China 2025＂, it is extremely necessary to explore novel training modes of promoting the improvement of the professional abilities for students in local colleges. This paper takes the mechanical major of Hunan University of Technology as an example, and the necessities of improvement of the professional ability for university students are analyzed and the particularities of mechanical major in local colleges are described. Then, the practical training processes about participation in research projects for university students are explained. Its implementation effects under new training mode are summarized, which are testified to be very good and refer to promotion.
