摘要
为了降低发电机组运行时对环境产生的噪声污染,从发电机组隔声罩的实际结构出发,以VIRTUAL.LAB软件作为分析手段,在声学边界元模块中建立隔声罩声学模型,结合声强扫描测试的声源数据,仿真得到发电机组的噪声声压级。通过比较仿真结果与测试结果,验证了仿真模型的可信度,并对隔声罩进行优化设计,结果使发电机组整机噪声降低3dB,为发电机组降噪提供了一种研究方法,具有一定参考价值。
In order to reduce the noise pollution caused to the environment during the operation of the generator set, starting from the nature structure of the acoustic enclosure of the generator set, the acoustic model of was established in the acoustic boundary element module by using VIRTUAL.LAB software. Combined with the sound intensity scanning test data, the noise sound pressure level of the generator was obtained by simulation. By comparing the simulation results and the test results, the reliability of the simulation model was verified, and then the generating set noise reduction optimization scheme was put forward. Simulation results show that the optimization scheme sound pressure level is 3dB lower than the original state. This paper provides a research method for the generating set to reduce noise, which has certain reference value.
