摘要 轮胎吊是港口集装箱码头的关键设备,随着节能增效战略的实施如何降低轮胎吊的能源消耗成为机械操作设计人员所面临的主要问题。柴油机控制系统在轮胎吊中具有广泛的应用价值。因此本文阐述了柴油机的主要分类以及作为主动力源在轮胎吊应用上的系统设计及控制方式。为满足市场节能减排的要求,达到降低对燃油的消耗、减少对环境的污染的目的,进行的设计改进及应用。 RTG is the key equipment of the port container terminal. With the implementation of the energy-saving efficiency strategy,how to reduce the energy consumption of RTG has become the main problem faced by mechanical operation designers.Diesel engine control system has wide application value in RTG. Therefore, the main classification of diesel engine and the system design and control method of the main power source in the application of RTG are described in this paper. In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction in the market, to reduce the consumption of fuel and reduce the pollution to the environment, the design improvement and application are carried out.
