铰链销轴平面加工创新工艺

技校毕业生应具备创新意识和创新能力,才能满足中央提出的"创新是第一动力"的人才战略需求。本文阐述了我院学生在校企合作中对铰链销轴的平面加工开展创新工艺实践活动,从中认识到创新所产生的巨大生产力,培养了他们的创新意识、创新思维和创新能力,收到较好的教学效果。

Technical school graduates should have the sense of innovation to satisfy- the Central Committee/s strategic demand for talents, which is ＂innovation is the first driving force＂. This paper expounds the creative process practice of the students in the school enterprise cooperation on the plane processing of the hinge pin shaft. It has recognized the great productivity produced by the innovation, and has trained their innovative consciousness, creative thinking and innovation ability, and has received good teaching results.
