摘要
目的建立HPLC同时测定助产凝胶中黄芩苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的质量控制方法。方法色谱条件:Hypersil ODS C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为,梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温35℃。结果色谱峰分离情况良好,黄芩苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚在各自的浓度范围内均具有良好的线性相关性;加样回收率为96.5%~98.4%,其RSD为0.47%~1.21%。结论所建质量控制方法准确、简便、重现性好,可用于助产凝胶抑菌成分的定量考察。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin,Magnolol and Honokiol in obstetric gel.Methods The RP-HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution).The ?ow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results The chromatographic peaks of Baicalin,Magnolol and Honokiol were well separated,and they had good linear correlation in the concentration ranges;the recovery rate was 96.5%~98.4%,and RSD was 0.47%~1.21%.Conclusions The present method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and can be used for the of quality control of the antibacterial components in the obstetric gel.
