超声诊断老年性阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤1例

摘要 患者,女性,76岁,发现盆腔肿物1年余就诊,平素无不适.经腹部超声探查：右侧腹腔探及一囊性为主的囊实性包块,大小约94×33×39mm,形态欠规则,经阴道超声观察该包块边界清晰,壁厚,其内大部呈囊性无回声,部分为细条索状中等回声带,呈多层“洋葱皮”样,CDFI显示：上述团块周边及内部未见明显血流信号.
