乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合双唑泰软膏治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效观察

Observe on the effect of live lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazoleand and clotrimazole and chlorhexidine in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的观察乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合双唑泰软膏治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法选取于我院妇科门诊外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者共120例,根据患者自愿原则分为观察组和对照组。观察组60例,使用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合双唑泰软膏;对照组60例,只使用双唑泰软膏。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,且起效时间及疾病复发率显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳杆菌活菌胶囊与双唑泰软膏联合应用治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病可以提高疗效,降低复发率,缩短药物治疗的起效时间。

Objective To observe the effect of live lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazoleand and clotrimazole and chlorhexidine in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）.Methods A total of 120 patients with VVC who were admitted in our hospital were included in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group which based on the voluntary principle. Patients in the observation group were given live lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazoleand and clotrimazole and chlorhexidine, while patients in the control group were only placed with metronidazoleand and clotrimazole and chlorhexidine. To observe the effect of two groups.Results After treatment, the patients in the observation group whose onset time and recurrent rate were significantly under those in the control group and the total effcetive rate in the observation group was higher than the control group. The difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For VVC patients, live lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazoleand and clotrimazole and chlorhexidine can improve efficacy, reduce recurrent rate and shorten onset time of treatment.
