摘要
基于线接触理论公式求解了回转支承的载荷分布、滚动体最大接触应力及变形,并对滚动体进行运动学分析,给出滚动体合理锥角及滚道接触角取值范围,为结构设计及维修提供依据。
The linear contact theory formula is applied to calculate the load distribution, maximum roller contact stress and deformation of swing bearing, and kinematics is done to confirm roller appropriate cone angle and the range of race contact angles, which provides the basis for structural design and repair.
