摘要
利用离散单元法(DEM)对双齿辊式破碎机破碎不同形状颗粒的过程进行了数值模拟。仿真过程中,进行颗粒替换,颗粒粘接,模拟不同双辊齿参数(辊齿倾角、辊齿排数与转速)下破碎情况。通过DEM计算出双齿辊式破碎机所承受载荷,然后与有限元法(FEM)耦合计算得出双齿辊破碎机的变形量。计算其破碎率,定义综合破碎指标,设置单因素试验及正交试验,建立双齿辊的参数与破碎率,变形量与综合破碎指标之间的关系,对参数进行显著性分析。
DEM was used to simulate the crushing process of particles with different shapes in double- roller crusher. By particle replacement and particle bounding, crushing processes of crusher under different parameters (roller tooth angle, tooth row number and speed) were simulated. The loads of crusher were calculated based on DEM,and then coupling FEM, the deformation was analyzed. The breaking rate and comprehensive crushing index were defined. The relationships between crusher parameters and crushing index were established with setting single factor tests. Meanwhile by setting orthogonal tests, significant difference of parameters was studied.
