摘要
动力头是钻机的关键零部件。针对目前市场上转速高、扭矩大的动力头钻机.振动问题变得越来越突出,严重影响着钻机的生产安全。动力头的固有特性是钻机机械振动系统的动态特性之一。研究模态和自然(固有)振动形式可以有效地避免钻机的共振,能有效提高钻机机械系统的动态特性.并可有效降低钻机机械振动。
The power head is the key parts of the drilling rig. Aiming at the high speed, and high torque power head, the vibration problem becomes more and more prominent, it seriously affect the safety of drilling rig. It is one of the inherent characteristics of the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical vibration system. Study the natural frequency and vibration mode has very important significance, to reduce vibration and noise, to improve the dynamic characteristic the system ,to avoid the resonance of the system can effectively.
