摘要
以连杆为例,详细分析了连杆加工工艺路线及技术要求,阐述了连杆最后一道铣8槽用铣夹具结构设计要点及工作过程。确定了连杆铣夹具定位方案,合理选择了定位元件,对连杆铣夹具定位误差和对刀装置尺寸及偏差进行了计算,设计了夹紧机构及定位键。实践证明,该铣夹具操作简单,实用效果好,能确保连杆加工质量。
The connecting rod as an example, a detailed analysis of the connecting rod processing technology and technical requirements, describes the structural design of connecting rod milling fixture and work process. The positioning mechanism of the connecting rod milling fixture and the positioning and error of the tool set are calculated. The clamping mechanism and the positioning key are designed. Practice has proved that the milling fixture is simple, practical and effective, to ensure the quality of connecting rod processing for the same parts milling fixture structure design reference.
