摘要 为了满足井下防爆锂电池轻型车动力匹配及轻量化.分析了一种22kW防爆永磁无刷直流电机,采用全新的机械设计理念、DSP控制流程方法及能量回收方案.有效降低了电机及控制器整体重量和能量损耗,提高了电机输出转矩和整车牵引力。 In order to meet the light vehicle power explosion-proof lithium battery, and the weight of a 22 kW type permanent magnet brushless DC motor, the mechanical design concept, DSP flow control method and a new scheme of energy recovery, effectively reducing the overall weight of the motor and the controller and the power consumption and improve the output torque of the motor and vehicle traction force.
