摘要
远程带式输送机是一种远距离连续运输设备,但在连续运转过程中托辊易出现故障。针对其托辊轴承故障,提出了以巡检方式完成托辊轴承故障检测,并提出了巡检方案。以声学诊断为基础,基于LabVIEW软件设计了托辊故障预测程序。测试实验结果表明,提出的巡检方式和故障诊断方法对远程带式输送机的检测维护具有帮助。.
Remote belt conveyor is a long-distance continuous transport equipment, but the roller is prone to failure during continuous operation. Aiming at the failure of the roller bearing, it is proposed to carry out the inspection of the roller bearing fault by patrol and design the inspection scheme. Based on the acoustic diagnosis, the prediction program of the roller failure is designed by using LabVIEW software. Test results show that the proposed method is effective for the roller fault diagnosis.
