中国和非洲地区的减贫事业都取得瞩目成就,为实现全球减贫目标做出了巨大贡献。开展国际减贫合作,既是中国消除贫困和实现自身发展的内在要求,也是非洲地区加速经济增长和双方减贫经验互鉴的外部需求。总结和梳理各自减贫经验,推行高效的国际减贫合作机制,是增进中非睦邻友好关系、解决贫困痼疾的重要出路。新时期,"一带一路"倡议的提出,为中非国际减贫合作提供新的契机;因此,构建政府、市场、国际民间组织和贫困群体"三位一体"的立体网络状合作机制,积极发挥各个主体的主动性和积极性,是未来中非国际减贫合作的重要路径。
