摘要
企业家信仰决定了其追求经营事业的高度和终极人生价值的方向。现阶段,企业家信仰的相关研究主题比较分散,理论基础相对薄弱,且偏重于个体的宗教层面开展研究。企业家信仰这一主题的探索仍处于理论发展的早期阶段。基于此,本文系统性地分析了企业家信仰的起源、定义和分类,梳理了企业家信仰的维度测量方式及企业家信仰的作用机制及影响因素,并予以分析和评价。最后,文章明确了企业家信仰研究尚需解决的问题和未来的研究方向。
The belief of entrepreneurs determines the height of their pursuit of business and the direction of their ultimate life value. At present, entrepreneur belief related research is still relatively weak and loose, both related research topic relatively fragmented, and focus on the religious aspects of individual research. The exploration of entrepreneur belief is still in the early stage of theory development. Based on this, analyzes the origin of the entrepreneurs' belief system in this paper, the definition and classification, combed the entrepreneur faith dimension measuring method and entrepreneurs the action mechanism and influence factors of faith, and give analysis and evaluation. At last, the paper makes clear the problems and future research directions for the study of entrepreneur belief.
