随着经济的快速发展,企业的"人口红利"消失,"人心红利"的时代已经到来。企业价值最大化的实现途径来自员工价值创造最大化。如何在幸福成长的过程中最大化地发挥员工价值创造性?企业家不断创新激活员工个体的管理模式,管理理念由"以人为中心"的人本管理发展到了基于人性规律的人道管理。管理实践回归和重视人性问题对最大程度激活员工,发挥管理的最大效能和实现企业价值创造最大化具有重要现实意义。
With the rapid development of economy, the "demographic dividend" of enterprises has disappeared, and the era of "the heart dividend" has come. The way to realize the maximization of enterprise value comes from the maximization of employee value creation. How to maximize employee value and creativity in the process of happy growth? Entrepreneurs constantly innovate the management mode of activation of individual employees.
