吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效及其对患者血压和血脂的影响

Clinical effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine in treating hypertension combined coronary heart disease and the impact on blood pressure,blood lipid of patients

目的探讨吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效及其对患者血压和血脂的影响。方法选取井冈山市第二人民医院2016年5月—2017年4月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者46例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组23例。对照组患者采用吲达帕胺治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用氨氯地平治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血脂指标(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇),并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者收缩压和舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效确切,其可有效降低患者血压,改善血脂指标,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine in treating hypertension combined coronary heart disease and the impact on blood pressure,blood lipid of patients.Methods A total of 46 cases of patients with hypertension combined coronary heart disease were selected from May 2016 to April 2017 in the Second People＇s Hospital of Jinggangshan City,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with indapamide,study group was treated with amlodipine based on control group,both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical effect,blood pressure（SBP,DBP）,blood lipid（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C） were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than control group（P0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of SBP or DBP was found between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,the SBP,DBP of study group were lower than control group（P0.05）.The study group of TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than control group,HDL-C was higher than control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference of adverse reactions rate between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Indapamide combined with amlodipine have an exact clinical effect in treating hypertension combined coronary heart disease,it can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,improve blood lipid,and with high safety.
