摘要
目的探讨硝普钠联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取运城市中医医院2015年收治的顽固性心力衰竭患者80例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。患者入院后均给予常规治疗,对照组给予硝普钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者LVEDD、LVEF、NT-proBNP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者LVEDD、NT-proBNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及心功能,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with refractory heart failure were admitted from 2015 in the Yuncheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods.All patients were given routine treatment,the control group were treated with sodium nitroprusside,the observation group were treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide based on control group.The LVEDD,LVEF and NT-proBNP before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEDD,LVEF or NT-proBNP between the two groups(P0.05);after treatment,the observation group of LVEDD and NT-proBNP were lower than control group,and LVEF was higher than control group(P0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of refractory heart failure,it can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
