摘要
目的探讨阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取射阳县人民医院肿瘤科2015年8月—2017年8月收治的晚期胃癌患者35例,根据胃癌转移情况分为未转移组22例和转移组13例。均采用阿帕替尼治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及毒副作用发生情况。结果两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃癌患者总缓解率为14.3%,疾病控制率为37.1%,毒副作用发生率为14.3%。结论阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的短期疗效好、安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of apatinib in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 35 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from August 2015 to August 2017 in Sheyang County People＇s Hospital,which were divided into A group（n=22） and B group（n=13） according to patients＇ condition,all patients were treated with apatinib.The clinical effect and toxic and side effects were observed.Results No significant difference of clinical effect was found between the two groups（P0.05）.The total remission rate was 14.3%,control rate was 37.1%,the incidence rate of toxic and side effects was 14.3%.Conclusion Apatinib has a good effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,with high safety.
