局部应用玻璃酸钠对屈肌腱损伤修复术后患者肌腱粘连的预防效果及其对手部功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨局部应用玻璃酸钠对屈肌腱损伤修复术后患者肌腱粘连的预防效果及其对手部功能的影响。方法选取解放军第260医院2014年3月—2017年1月收治的屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤患者32例,随机分为对照组15例和观察组17例。对照组患者于肌腱修复完成后采用0.9%氯化钠溶液涂抹肌腱吻合口及吻合口远近侧5 mm的肌腱表面,观察组患者于肌腱修复完成后采用玻璃酸钠注射液涂抹肌腱吻合口及吻合口远近侧5 mm的肌腱表面。比较两组患者术后并发症及功能恢复情况。结果术后两组患者均Ⅰ期愈合,无切口感染和肌腱粘连发生。观察组术后功能恢复手部优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部应用玻璃酸钠可有效预防屈肌腱损伤修复术后患者肌腱粘连发生,并促进手部功能恢复。 Objective To discuss the application effect of sodium hyaluronate on prevention of tendon adhesion and hand function after repair of flexor tendon injury.Methods A total of 32 cases of patients with flexor tendon injury in zone Ⅱ were admitted from March 2014 to January 2017 in the 260 th Hospital of the Liberation Army,which were randomly divided into control group 15 cases and observation group 17 cases according to the order of visiting time.In the control group,0.9% sodium chloride solution was applied to the tendon anastomosis and 5 mm distal and proximal tendon surface after tendon repair;in the observation group,sodium hyaluronate injection was applied to the tendon anastomosis and 5 mm distal and proximal tendon surface after tendon repair.The incidence of comlications and degree of functional recovery were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were cured,there was no oral infection or tendon adhesion happened.The excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Topical application of sodium hyaluronate can effectively prevent adhesion after flexor tendon repair and promote hand function recovery.
