高速动车组转向架侧梁上盖板成形缺陷研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提升高速动车组转向架侧梁上盖板的成形精度,通过Pamstamp-2G有限元软件对高速动车组转向架侧梁上盖板的冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了此类构件直线段弯曲、轮廓精度差及纵向侧弯等缺陷的成因,并提出了相应的缺陷控制措施。结果表明:采取反弯曲措施可以有效控制直线段的弯曲缺陷;基于回弹对模具进行补偿可以明显提高零件的轮廓精度;基于零件结构对成形模具设置导向装置可以有效控制纵向侧弯缺陷。利用所得的缺陷控制方法进行冲压成形试验,成形件直线段平直,轮廓精度良好,纵向侧弯缺陷消除,得到了高质量的成形件,验证了研究结果的正确性。 In order to improve the forming accuracy of steering frame side member upper cover plate in CRH train,its stamping process was simulated and analyzed by finite element software Pamstamp-2 G. Then,the causes of forming defects such as the bending of straight line segment,low contour accuracy and longitudinal side bending were analyzed,and the corresponding control methods were proposed. The results show that the bending defect of straight line segment is controlled effectively by adopting the anti-bending method,and the contour accuracy is evidently improved based on the springback amount to compensate the die surfaces. Then,the longitudinal side bending defect is eliminated effectively by adding the guide device to the forming dies based on the structure of part. Furthermore,the forming tests were conducted by the obtained defect controlling methods,the straight-line and fine contour precision in the forming part were obtained,the longitudinal side bending defect was suppressed,and the high quality parts were obtained,which verify the correctness of the conclusions in this work.
