考虑间隙和冲压力的压力机刚柔耦合模型仿真分析 被引量:2

Simulation analysis on rigid-flexible coupling model for press considering clearance and punching force

摘要 为了考虑压力机运动副间隙和柔性部件对机构的影响,基于JF36-400曲柄滑块压力机径向锻打45钢棒料的背景,通过CREO、ANSYS和ADAMS软件,创建含有不同运动副间隙的曲柄滑块压力机的多刚体及刚柔耦合模型。在ADAMS中利用IF函数、EXP函数和位移函数来构造变形抗力和变形程度的关系表达式,以模拟滑块受到的冲压力。通过对多个模型进行动态仿真分析对比,可得出曲柄滑块压力机运动副间隙和柔性部件对整个机构的运动学和动力学特性均有影响,间隙的增大和柔性部件都会使速度和接触力的波动变大,加快压力机的磨损,由此为压力机的设计制造和维护提供了参考依据。 In order to consider the influence of joint clearance and flexible parts on the mechanism,the multi-rigid body and rigid-flexible coupling models of crank slider press containing different joint clearances were created by software CREO,ANSYS and ADAMS based on the background of 45 steel bar forged in radial direction by JF36-400 crank slider press. Then,the relationship between deformation resistance and deformation degree was constructed by IF function,EXP function and displacement function in ADAMS to simulate the exerted punching force of slider. Through the dynamic simulation analysis and comparison of multiple models,it is concluded that the joint clearance of crank slider press and flexible components have an effect on the kinematics and dynamics characteri-stics of the entire mechanism. Furthermore,the increase of clearance and flexible parts increase the fluctuation in velocity and contact force and increase the wear of press,which provides a reference for the design,manufacture and maintenance of press.
