基于NX的爪极模具设计系统的研究与开发 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决传统爪极模具设计环节多、需要重复地进行大量的人机交互、设计效率低下和设计质量难以保证的问题,通过对爪极产品结构和模具设计流程的分析,发现类型不同的爪极产品拥有相似的结构,并总结了爪极模具设计的建模步骤,其标准化的设计流程为:利用NX软件从产品设计开始到毛坯修正、模具设计、电极设计,最终生成工程图纸。通过NX OPEN二次开发技术,应用UDF、UDO和关联技术开发了精锻爪极模具设计系统,实现了爪极产品、爪极模具和电极模型特征的快速创建、工程图纸的自动输出和标注等功能,统一了设计流程和标准,极大地提高了爪极模具的设计效率和质量。 In order to solve the problems of traditional mold design of claw pole with complexity and a lot of repeat amount of human-computer interaction,inefficient design and difficult to guarantee design quality,based on the analysis of claw pole product structure and mold design flow,the results showed that the claw pole products of different types had a similar structure,and the standard process of mold design including product design,blank correction,mold design,electrode design and the final generation of engineering drawings was finished by NX software. Then,the modeling steps of claw pole mold design were summarized. Through NX OPEN secondary development technology,a precision forging claw pole mold design system was developed by UDF,UDO and related technologies,and the rapid creation of product,claw pole mold and electrode model features,the automatic output and annotation of engineering drawings were realized.Thus,the design flow and design standard were unified to improve the claw pole mold design efficiency and quality greatly.
