摘要
本文采用硼镁复合改性的磷酸二氢铝(Al H6O12P3),磷酸改性聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,硅砂为基料,制备成环保优良的无机覆膜砂,该覆膜砂初始强度2.8MPa,24h强度仅损失5.9%,能够应用于有色金属材料铸造。该技术解决了传统无机覆膜砂在高湿度情况下高强度损耗的技术难题,同时减少了对环境污染的影响,具有深远的社会意义。
This paper used aluminum dihydrogen phosphate which was modified by the boric magnesium com-pound and polyvinyl alcohol as binder which was modified by phosphoric acid , silica sand as base makings, finally preparedenvironmently friendly inorganic coated sand, the initial strength of precoated sand is 2.92 MPa, strength loss is only 5.9%, 24 hours can be used in casting non-ferrous metal materials, reducing the effect on the environ-ment pollution and has profound social significance.
