摘要
建立基于镁盐Mg-EDTA间接滴定法快速检测海藻盐中SO42-的方法。方法:在NH4·H2O缓冲液介质中,用铬黑T作指示剂,采用Mg-EDTA反应体系结合EDTA间接滴定法检测食盐中SO42-含量。结果:实验结果表明,本法回收率范围为92.0%~92.7%,相对标准偏差为3.60%,实际样品测定满足精密度和回收率要求。结论:该方法具有操作简单、反应灵敏、终点易辨、分析快速等特点。
Objective: A method for rapid detection of sulfate ion in marine alga iodine salt by indirect titration of magnesium salt Mg-EDTA was established. Methods: In the medium of ammonia water buffer, the content of sul-fate in salt was detected by Mg-EDTA reaction system and EDTA indirect titration with criochrome black T as in-dicator. Results: The recovery rate is 92.0%-92.7% ,the relative standard deviation is 3.60%. The actual sample meets precision and recovery requirements. Conclusion: This method has the characteristics of simple operation, sensitive reaction, easy identification and rapid analysis, which can meet the needs of quantitative detection for sin-gle and batch samples.
