摘要
现有的石油产品低温指标检测方法主要是采用常规的标准检测方法,本文则以所研发的双通道石油产品低温阻抗检测仪为平台基础,建立一种简便易操作,误差范围小,适用范围广,检测速度快的石油产品低温性能指标检测方法。通过分析标准检测方法的试验步骤和试验影响因素确定了激励信号频率、幅值、热处理和降温速度等4个影响因素;考察4个影响因素对试验的影响程度并确定各因素水平,设计正交试验选取试验的最佳试验条件。最后,通过对试验方法的重复性和区分性进行考察分析得出方法的检测精密度。
The commonly used low temperature detection method for petroleum products is conventional stan-dard detection method. Based on the two-channel petroleum product low temperature impedance detector devel-oped, this paper establishes a low temperature performance index detection method for petroleum products, which is simple and easy to operate with small error range, wide application range and fast detection speed. Four factors, such as frequency, amplitude, heat treatment and cooling rate, were determined by analyzing the test procedure of the standard test method and the factors influencing the test. The influence degree of four influencing factors on the experiment was investigated and the level of each factor was determined. Finally, the precision of the method is ob-tained by investigating the repeatability and discrimination of the test method.
