摘要
在对铁路货车车体进行疲劳试验时,会因为试验加载系统中某个环节非线性因素的存在造成模拟误差较大。在试验模拟加载系统控制理论的基础上,依据试验模拟原理,采用试验系统传递函数解析、具体误差原因分析的手段,定位得到系统传递关系中影响试验模拟精度的关键为心盘连接处的非线性及阻尼因素。通过取消心盘连接处的磨耗盘、减小车体与模拟摇枕间的心盘连接间隙,最终提高试验系统的模拟精度。
During a fatigue test on railway wagon body, a greater simulation error may exist due to the nonlinear fac- tors of some segment of the test loading system. Based on testing and simulating the loading system control theory, ac- cording to the test simulation p6nciple, by means of test system transfer function analysis and case study on specific error, the Article demonstrates that the key to affect the test simulation accuracy in view of system transfer relation is the non linearity and damping factor at the center connection. By eliminating the wear disc at the center plate and reducing the center plate joint gap between the wagon body and the simulation swing bolster, the simulation accuracy of the test system can be finally improved.
