摘要
针对内燃机车柴油机液压升降机在检修作业时钢结构受力偏载问题,提出6种解决方案。对比后选择采用经图解法寻找支撑油缸的最佳位置并进行数据验算及圆整后确定支撑油缸位置的方案。同时通过加长升降机钢结构、延长油缸和链轨的纵向中心间距、改变钢结构上同步机构受力位置的方法,较好地解决了钢结构偏载问题,降低设备的安全隐患。
This Paper proposed six solutions to solve the problems of deviating hind on steel structure of diesel en- gine hydraulic liftfor diesel locomotive during maintenance. After comparison, the graphical method is adopted to find the best position to support the cylinder. And then, the paper will check the data and determine the position of the support cylinder after rounding. At the same time, by lengthening the steel structure of the hoist, lengthening the longitudinal center spacing of the oil cylinder and the chain rail, and changing the stress position of the synchro- nous mechanism on the steel structure, the problem of partial load of the steel structure is solved, and the safety hazard of the equipment is reduced.
