摘要
"互联网+"时代社会组织生存的技术环境和社会环境发生了深刻的变化。互联网重构了沟通结构、资源配置结构和管理结构等组织结构,助推了公益精神的传播和公民自组织水平的提升。社会组织在"互联网+"环境中应主动变革和调整,以顺应互联网思维建构的发展战略。组织结构的设计必须遵循新技术带来的结构逻辑,增强组织战略适应性和核心竞争能力,从而提高组织绩效。在"互联网+"时代,政府要不断优化制度环境,形成对社会组织结构转型后的有效治理。
Information and internet technology have brought great changes to public welfare in China,and have changed the traditional mode of public welfare,especially influence the structure of social organizations,and social organizations constantly interacts with internal and external environment.Internet has reconstructed the organizational structure including communication structure,resource allocation and management structure.Internet has also reshaped the interpersonal interaction model of social organizations,and enhances self-governance level.Social organizations should build the development strategy to adapt the new environment.The design of the organizational structure should follow the logic and requirements of the new environment,and adapt to internal and external changes of environment,so as to improve the adaptability and core competition ability.
