摘要
在灌注桩工程质量检测中,通过低应变反射波法的扫描普查及声波透射法的详查,可以对工地的质量情况有个整体了解。通过对部分问题桩进行钻芯法、静载试验验证检测,既可使验证桩的质量问题得到很好的解决,又可反推过来,使未经钻芯法、静载试验验证的桩的结论更加明朗。合理地综合运用反射波法、声波透射法、钻芯法以及静载法等多种方法,能迅速确定实际工程中的问题桩,能较全面、准确地反映桩身缺陷的范围和程度,这种综合检测方法既经济又实用,可有效解决实际工程中的质量问题,杜绝工程隐患。
The low stress reflection method is usually used in the preliminary screening of the integrity of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles,whereas,the sonic transmission method is generally used to locate the detailed defect within the concrete piles.The non-destructive testing methods results can be verified by using borehole coring and static load tests methods.The proper use of low stress reflection,sonic transmission,borehole coring and static methods in the quality assurance of the castin-pace reinforced concrete piles can quickly and cost effectively locate the defects and their effect on the loading carrying capacities.
