强夯高炉渣粉煤灰回填料大型直剪试验特性分析

Analysis of Large-Scale Direct Shear Test of Blast Furnace Slag and Fly Ash Mixture

摘要 依托某钢铁集团新建炼钢项目的地基处理方案,对含水率为0、8%和13%的三组高炉渣粉煤灰回填料试样分别进行大型直剪试验,研究含水率对回填料粘聚力和内摩擦角的影响程度,结果表明,随着含水率的增加,回填料的内摩擦角先增大后减少,回填料内摩擦角在含水率为8%时达到峰值;而粘聚力则先大幅度的下降后逐渐变缓,分析得出含水率对回填料的粘聚力变化影响显著,而对内摩擦角的影响相对较少,因此含水率控制在8%左右高炉渣粉煤灰回填料将获得最大的抗剪强度,为高炉渣应用于地基处理施工提供理论依据。 Large scale direct shear tests were performed on the furnace slags and flay ash mixtures backfill materials with three different moisture contents,0%,8% and 13%respectfully.The objective of the test study was focused on the effect of moisture contents on the internal friction angle of the backfill materials.The results indicate that the internal friction angle increases with the moisture content of the materials first,and then decreases.The internal friction angle reaches at the peak value at a moisture content of 8%.The tested cohesion,however,reduces with the increase of moisture content significantly and then turns to flat.It is concluded that the moisture content has the large impact on the cohesion of the backfill material but has the less effect on the internal friction angle.The maximum shear strength can be achieved at a moisture content of 8%.
