摘要
分析了汽车零件摆臂的制造工艺及特性,论述了利用反式拉钩斜楔机构进行冲孔和修边的结构特点和工作原理,模具运用力学运动关系,构造反式拉钩非常规斜楔的运动过程,通过控制水平滑块的运动,实现从零件内部向外进行冲裁,解决了摆臂零件修边、冲孔的难题。模具结构紧凑,操作方便,保证了零件的成形质量。
The manufacturing technology and characteristics of the swing arm of automobile parts were analyzed. The structural characteristics and working principle of reverse drag hook wedge for perforating and trimming were discussed. The mechanical kinematic rela- tionship was used to construct the motion process of the unconventional wedge with re- verse drag hook. Through controlling the movement of the horizontal slider, it finished the stamping from the inside of parts, and solved the trimming and perforating difficult of the swing arm. The die structure was compact and easy to operate, which ensured the forming quality of the parts.
