热压印成型导光板的模具温控系统设计

摘要 类固态下导光板的成型对其模具的性能有较高的要求,成型模必须具有快速升温、降温的能力,且对模具零件加工面温度分布的均匀性和成型环境的真空度有一定的要求。模具温度的均匀性影响微结构的成型质量,模具的升温、降温速度影响类固态成型周期的长短。根据类固态下导光板的成型工艺设计了1副具有升降温速度快、温度分布均匀、密封性能良好和压力均衡的热压成型模。 The requirements of die performance were high for forming solid-like light guid- ing plates. It must be able to rapidly heat up and cool down, and has a uniform tempera- ture distribution and a certain degree of vacuum. The uniformity of the die parts tempera- ture influences the forming quality of the microstructure, and the warming and cooling speed of die temperature affects the length of the solid-like state forming cycle. According to the solid-like forming process of the light guiding plate, a set of hot coining die with fast warming and cooling, uniform temperature distribution, good sealing performance and balance pressure was designed.
