多企联合共建共享模具资源库的探索与实践

Exploration and practice on multi-enterprise co-building and sharing for die & mould resource library

国内模具行业的开发及经营模式仍显现出很多不足,特别是在企业中的模具开发流程趋于单线顺序型、协同合作程度低等问题值得业内关注和研究,针对这些问题探讨了当前模具企业的工作模式,指出其不足之处,提出了基于模具资源库多企业联合共建共享的探索,以期不断建立和优化设计制造协同工作模型,促进企业联盟后创造出更好的成效。

The development and business model of the domestic die ＆ mould industry still showed many shortcomings. In particular, the development process of die ＆ mould in enter- prises tended to be single-line sequential, low level of collaboration and other issues were worthy of attention and research in the industry. For solving these problems, the current working mode of die ＆ mould enterprise were discussed and the shortcomings were point- ed out. The multi-enterprise co-building and sharing for the die ＆ mould resource library was proposed, in the hope of continuously establishing and optimizing the design and manu- facturing collaborative working model, and promoting the enterprise alliance to create bet- ter results.
