居民收入分配与中国经济转型关系研究

通过分析2000～2015年中国居民收入来源及其变化动因,以及改善居民收入对中国经济转型产生的影响,得出结论:2000～2015年间中国住户部门初次分配所占比例出现"先下降、再上升"的变化趋势,在经常性转移之后,居民分配所得有所增加; 2000～2015年间中国消费在GDP中占比有所下降,进一步将其分解为政府和居民消费后发现,最终消费率的下降主要与居民消费率下降有关;居民可支配收入在GDP中所占比重是影响中国居民消费率变化的最主要因素,居民消费支出占比下降是次要因素;过高的房价使得城镇居民住宅投资快速增加,在一定程度上挤压城镇居民在消费方面的支出,加大了中国经济从高速增长向高质量发展模式转型的难度。

This paper analyzes the income sources of residents in China and the reasons lead- ing to the changes from 2000 to 2015, and studies the impact of improving residential income on China＇ s economic transformation. The conclusions are as follows ： The proportion of the initial dis- tribution of the household sector in China between 2000 and 2015 shows the tendency of ＂declines first and then rises＂. After current transfer, the distribution income of residents has increased ; The proportion of China＇ s consumption in GDP declined between 2000 and 2015, and by decomposing it into government consumption and household consumption, it is found that the decline of final consumption rate is mainly related to the decline of household consumption rate ;The proportion of disposable income of residents in GDP is the most important factor affecting the change of house- hold consumption rate in China. The decline in the proportion of consumer spending is a secondary factor;The excessive housing price has led to a rapid increase in the house investment of urban res- idence, which has squeezed the expenditure of urban residents in consumption to a certain extent, and the difficulty of transforming China＇ s economy from high - speed growth to high - quality de- velopment has been increased as well.
