摘要
采用环氧树脂、聚酰胺树脂和酚醛树脂粘接聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉制备了3种复合树脂隔膜,对其进行吸液性能和离子导电性能测试,并以烧结镍电极为正极、涂覆氧化锌电极为负极组装成锌镍电池进行循环充放电测试。结果表明:3种复合树脂隔膜中添加NaHCO3制备的隔膜综合性能较好,电池循环100次后放电容量基本保持稳定,库仑效率稳定在90%左右,没有发生枝晶短路导致的电池性能衰退。而对比的聚丙烯隔膜电池在20次循环左右即出现了枝晶短路现象,由此表明复合树脂隔膜可有效阻挡枝晶短路、提高锌镍电池的循环性能。
Three kinds of composite resin separators were prepared from epoxy resin, polyamide resin, phenolic resin, and polymethyl methacrylate powder, and their solution absorption performance and ionic conductivity were tested. Zn-Ni batteries were assembled using the three separators with sintered nickel electrode as positive electrode and zinc oxide pasted electrode as negative electrode, and then were conducted cycle charge-discharge tests. The results show that the separator with NaHCO3 has better comprehensive properties. The discharge capacity of the batteries using the three separators basically keep stable after 100 charge-discharge cycles, the coulombic efficiency is around 90%, and the batteries have not occur performance degradation caused by dendrite short circuit. While the battery with polypropylene separator has dendrite short circuit phenomenon caused by zinc dendrite after 20 cycles. It is indicated that these composite resin separators can suppress the short circuit caused by zinc dendrite and improve the cycle performance of Zn-Ni battery.
