电石法聚氯乙烯生产过程中汞平衡体系的初步查定

Preliminary determination of mercury balance system in production of calcium carbide method polyvinyl chloride

对电石法聚氯乙烯生产全部工艺流程的汞平衡情况进行了查定,初步建立了基于检测数据的汞平衡体系,并分析了影响汞平衡数据的因素,以实现汞的循环再利用。

The mercury balance in the whole production process of polyvinyl chloride by calcium carbide method was determined. The mercury balance system based on the detection data was established, and factors of influencing the mercury balance data were analyzed, in order to realize the recycling of mercury.
